Capture System
The Torqueleader Capture System is highly accurate measurement of Hand and Power Torque Tools, the System has been designed and tested in conjunction with the National Physical Laboratory in the UK, a world leader in Electronic Measurement Systems.
Designed to allow users to become productive quickly as the System is quick to set up and requires little training due to the System’s intuitive easy to use menus and Plug & Play connectivity.
The Capture System maximises Torque Tool test efficiency as the Display, Sensor and Manager PC Software have been designed to work together, automating many functions. Versatile design allows for static laboratory use and mobile data collection using an on-board memory and rechargeable battery. The data can then be transferred to PC via USB connection and downloaded for full data verification

RTS torque transducers have the ability to measure torque applied from the smallest of torque screwdrivers to the largest of wrenches. Whether a simple verification check or a detailed certificate and print-out are required we have all the options for you! All come calibrated and certified to industry standards.
DYNAMIC TORQUE TRANSDUCER
RTS offer torque calibration and torque measurement devices to calibrate and verify all torque tools from 0.01 – 100,000 Ft.lbs. Certified to NATA and International Standards all equipment is able to test and calibrate torque wrenches, Pneumatic Nut Runners, Hydraulic Torque Wrenches and Impact Wrenches to Class 1 or better.
MANUAL TORQUE TRANSDUCERS
RTS have a fully equipped laboratory that is able to calibrate manual torque wrenches to International Standards, but understand that some clients have enough torque wrenches in their fleet to warrant having their own equipment for service and calibration.
Being a specialist in all things torque, RTS are pleased to offer a range of Torque Testing Equipment that is certified to International Standards enabling users to verify their own equipment and ensure full traceability for themselves and their customers.
RAD Remote Transducer Tool
The Remote Transducer tool is designed to be fitted to specific RAD tools and allows the user to fit any socket for fully controlled auditable bolting. Like the smart socket, the RT tool will display and log every peak torque value that is applied. These values can then be downloaded at the end of the job or shift for integrity records and traceability.

RAD RCA TORQUE TRANSDUCER & ASSEMBLY
Customers wishing to test or verify their equipment that requires more of a simulation and dynamic test have the option of our RCA! Having this on-site-test equipment provides total piece of mind and quality assurance to customers using dynamic torque tools on a daily basis. Calibrated to ISO17025 International Standards the analyzers form part of a Total Quality System giving users and their customers total traceability. The range of RCA Tool Test Stands are designed specifically to test the torque output of all Pneumatic Torque Tools.
